Welcome, I am Sheila and I am so happy you are here!

I am a teacher, speaker and educator accompanying and guiding you through the layers of yourself to see, integrate, appreciate and elevate you. Meeting the depth of yourself is an infinite journey of intimacy, remembrance and coming back home to yourself unlocking your true power and potential. 

With years of expertise I teach you how to regulate your life to reach fulfillment, alignment and happiness. I show you how to take care of your needs and how to establish a loving and self caring routine in your life by holding a deeply nourishing, loving and safe space for you to meet yourself.

In all of this my overall aim is to guide you into balance and harmony within yourself, your relationships and your whole lineage and life.

Specializing in nervous system regulation, sexual trauma, sexuality & intimacy and relationship dynamics I guide you to seeing yourself fully and to receive all parts of you. 

Along the journey of meeting ourselves fully we remember our essence and we birth ourselves new again and again by shedding the old skin of outgrown patterns and limiting beliefs. 

My whole approach is a deeply feminine one for you to receive yourself.  Honoring the sacredness of being alive, honoring the body and surrendering to the flow of life, whilst receiving the infinite wisdom  and abundance that is accessible to us.

Aiming for vulnerability and authenticity to bring us back into wholeness and connect us back to our true essence of being alive and feeling. Witnessing my clients opening up to themselves and their own power.

Knowing yourself, your own needs and being able to take care of you is the highest form of self empowerment and the base to fulfillment and happiness.

I assist you in creating a safe, loving, balanced and intimate relationship with yourself that will impact your whole reality. By allowing yourself to be fully seen and received all other areas of your life will change and realign with your potential.

I teach you how to alchemize your wounds and traumas into your greatest gifts. Birthing your own uniqueness leading emotional balance, peace and happiness in your lives.

I share out of my own experience of how I transformed my reality into the life I desire and how I transformed my own traumas into gifts that now fulfill my life with pleasure and gratitude. Along the years I myself got guided, and still am, by my many and deeply loved teachers from all over he world.

I studied economics at university mainly focusing on social politics, distribution politics and gender economics, to understand in how the society and system can best support us on our own individual journey and be living life in our truth. At the same time  I studied comparative literature at the University of Vienna to go even deeper into the depth of human nature,  human expression and collective remembrance.

After I finished both of these studies and started working in a corporate business, I decided that I need to act now, to create the life I desire. I quit my job, finished my therapist school and started working as a family and children’s therapist. For the next years I was focused on working in families to create balance and harmony. I also became a birth doula assisting woman in pregnancy and labor in that time. Guiding them through this sacred rite of passage. 

Today I am focusing my energy on educating on how our relationship with ourselves and the daily choices we make affects our lives, of how sexual trauma affects different areas of our lives and relationships and on how to reach true intimacy with ourselves and others.

I teach nervous system regulations and I guide you along your own transformation processes of death and rebirth to become more and more your most authentic self and to remember your birth rights.

Every dream and idea has the highest potential to be birthed and we are here to experience the infinite potential and abundance of this planet and human experience.
